Kristian Martti made his solo debut at the end of last year and already his songs have been streamed more than 100,000 times each and placed in a total of over 2000 playlists. On August 7, he is back with the new single ‘Within your sight’, a song about continuing to chase your dreams.
Kristian Martti started singing and playing the piano as a small child, he studied at a music high school but then moved on to a life as a trained engineer in the construction industry, but all the time still with music as a part of his life. Now he collaborates with well-established songwriters and releases catchy singles about living your life to the fullest and about having the courage to hope and dream.
About the new single, he says: „‘Within your sight’ is a song that I hope will inspire the listener to pursue their dreams and goals. I have always dreamed big and by writing and releasing music I live one of my dreams.”
In the autumn of 2019, Kristian Martti made his entrance on the international music scene with the folk-scented house single ‘Like a Shot’ which was received with great warmth by the audience. The single’s official music video has currently been played almost 400,000 times on Youtube and over 1 million times on Facebook. In the spring, ‘Like a Shot’ was followed by the nostalgically hopeful single ‘Still Dreaming’, which was also well received, with placements in some forty major playlists on Spotify and its almost 200,000 streams on Spotify at the time of writing.
The new single ‘Within your sight’ is written by Kristian Martti teamed up with Max Sjödin who, after being the originator of both ‘Like a Shot’ and ‘Still Dreaming’, is a well-established collaboration for Kristian. Max has previously worked with Galavant, Dimitri Vangelis & Wyman and popular Swedish artists such as Martin Stenmark.
Another one of Kristian’s well-established collaborations that has also made an imprint on the new single is the producer and songwriter Anton „MVRE” Josefsson, who was also involved in the creation of the previous releases. As a songwriter, artist and producer, Anton Josefsson has been behind songs that have been played millions of times each.
‘Within your sight’ is available on all digital platforms on August 7 and is one in a line of singles that are expected from Kristian Martti in 2020.
