About Aliah
Performing and recording with pianos & synthesisers since the age of 15, Lewis Bolland (ALIAH) has always had a love for creating dance music.
Lewis has supported some of the UK’s biggest artists including Becky Hill, Wretch 32, Ms Dynamite and has toured the country multiple times as a session musician. Lewis’ diverse skill set has seen him go on to work as a professional pianist for the Four Seasons Hotels and perform privately in the homes of some of the wealthiest families in the world performing in front of celebrities, high profile figures and royalty.
ALIAH is the creation of Lewis’s passion for bright feel-good dance music. Inspired by the likes of Sigala, MK, Duke Dumont & Joel Corry, Lewis keeps his ALIAH sound piano driven with punchy house drums and high pitched vocals. Testing the waters in 2017, ALIAH uploaded a demo ‘My Love Is Cool’ to BBC introducing and was announced the winner on the demo panel the following week. Full of confidence Lewis continued to write demos and come up with ideas in between performances. In 2020, when the pandemic began, Lewis finally had the time to finish the ALIAH tracks ready to release in 2021.
